Hi, I'm Nicolás Filauri, a PADI Instructor with nearly 20 years of experience and the founder of GaiaScuba, a dive shop based in Bogotá, Colombia. My passion for the ocean goes beyond just diving—I specialize in underwater photography, leading expeditions, and promoting marine conservation through education and storytelling.
At GaiaScuba, I help divers of all levels get started with underwater photography, from gear selection to shooting techniques. I recently expanded into high-end underwater imaging equipment, working with brands like Nauticam and Marelux to bring the best gear to my students and fellow divers.
