About Me
I am one of many that was captivated by Sea Hunt starting watching in 1961. I was a SCUBA instructor from 1975 -2005 and lived on six different islands in the Caribbean for 25 years. I was a regulator Tec / equipment repair guy for a span of 30 years working in brands that are out of business like Healthways, AMF Voit, Watergill and worked on all the current brands except Mares and Atomic.
I left the Caribbean in 2006 as my first wife had stage four cancer so we moved to SoCal and I was lucky finding the best job possible, a whale watching captain. In the whale watching industry of Southern California the sightings were fantastic the company that I worked for we only had 5% NO sightings. 200 dolphin are common on a trip but 20,000 is possible & I have seen nine types of whales and over 25 types of marine Mammals in 14 years off Southern California.
I still love diving and am planning on moving back to the Caribbean or ?? All I know is I must return to diving if I can stay healthy. Love u/w photography and love learning all the fish species in all areas.
