YS-D3 Issue, any ideas?

Hey everyone,
Just back from a dive this evening and had an issue with one of my YS-D3 MKIIs. It seems to only be firing at full power, setting the dial isn't changing the strobe output. Strobe is set in manual mode.
Strobe is about a year old, maybe 70ish dives so far.
Any ideas?

I'm an experienced diver and underwater photographer from Ireland. I love wide angle, passion from trying to capture the amazing underwater landscape the west coast of Ireland has to offer.. just starting to get into full frame macro.
