Well I'm going to go in a different direction and say this is a juvenile Parrot fish..possibly Bucktooth, or a juvenile wrasse. Definitely not a Dragonet though. Check out the dorsal fin and movement. Dragonets move across the bottom at all times. Your little fella hovering above.. Cindy

True love is diving and the macro world. Used to haul a camera diligently on every dive, these days not so much. Having great fun spotting for others.
