<p> I've been fortunate to spend most of my life in and around the ocean, growing up in Florida, later living in the US Virgin Islands, Australia and Thailand, where I spent 17 years as Captain, then cruise director on a series of liveaboards. My images and articles have appeared in many publications around the world and most major dive magazines. These days I talk about diving more often that actually engaging in it, mostly due to my aversion to cold water. But I do get out for local California dives during the warmer months, and am lucky to lead several photo workshops each year for Bluewater Dive Travel. </p>
