Web site template.

I'm trying to get a web site in place to display my photography. Do you guys have a favorite template that you are pleased with?

I looked into having a designer making one for me and the cost was way more than I expect.

I want to have the ability to show a front page with an index of different photo collections that can be browsed.

Any ideas about how costly a template like this can be?

How hard to customize? I'm not exactly a computer expert.

Thanks for your help.

It's not that expensive. Generating the image galleries doesn't work so well. So you need to use another program like Gallery to create the galleries and thumbnail pages.

I was looking at JAlbum last nite..looks pretty good and lots of templates to choose from...best of all I think it is free.. I believe some users here use this service.

I'm using JAlbum and like it a lot. Its free, lots of different skins, pretty flexible and easy to use. You can see my gallery at My Webpage

I'm looking at www.homepage.mac and also PBase.com
