Has anyone had time to shoot with this set-up? If so do you have some tried and tested strobe settings with F-stops, and shutter speed for some of your common situations?
Assuming the camera set-up to be like that posted in a past thread and shooting manual.

For example, I found that strobes on -3 with F5 and 1/125 seemed to work well for sharks. I had hotshoe issues and was unable to test fully in all situations so I am curious.
