settings for c-7070 w/ sb-105 strobe

just recently puchased olympus c-7070 and will be using a patima-7070 housing with a wide angle conversion lense .... soon. i have an existing sb-105 that can be attached to that housing. hence the camera has a preset setting of "underwater wide" (Suitable for taking pictures of underwater scenery that spans a wide area. This mode vibrantly reproduces the blue background.) this will be my first ever real underwater camera, does anyone use the same setup and what settings do you use or suggest? am knew to this...help will be greatly appreciatted, many thanks! -neil
