I couldn't see any movement. They just kind of stuck there on the side of the rock.

Okay, I found your beast. It's an acoel flatworm. There are two similar pictures on the web, one of which is called "Family Convolutidae, cf Amphiscolops" (the "cf" means the identification is uncertain) and the other calls it Waminoa. It's pretty clear that this group of flatworms is not very well known!
