Thanks, Linda. Someone else sent me another image of this very same species. It puzzled me then & it's puzzling me now. On the other I finally put down Flabellina riwo or bicolor as it resembles both but the color is slightly off for either. Maybe riwo; it has greater variation in color. The main body i speckled, the base color can be orange to white, the main ring on the cerrata orange to blue, and the distal ring on the cerrata orange to white.
