weight belt for underwater camera?

3 posts
  1. Hi i've read suggestions on whether to get camera with positive buoyancy or negative buoyancy. Adding weight to camera to offset buoyancy was actually brought up. However i can't really find any weight belt to go with housing.

    pls advice or enlighten thanx

  2. What housing do you have?

Some Ikelite housings come with a lead weight that you can add to the handles.

Does your housing have a tripod mount? YOu could attach a lead to the housing to the tripod mount with a screw.

  3. Add a strobe, its will make your underwater set heavier and your wallet lighter :(

As acroporas wrote, the best way to attached something to the housing is by the tripod mount.
