Greetings ...
I'm a new member of this site. I'm considering a digital camera for diving and am in favour of the Canon V3. Just need some help and info on the this camera and it's capability and the additional accesories for diving purposes i.e. lighting, housing etc.
Anyone who's had experience with this camera, please advice.

The IXUS V3 is also known as the PowerShot S230 Digital Elph. this sort of camera would probably be fine for very shallow snapshots, but might be difficult to control manually underwater...
If you like the Canon's camera I suggest maybe to try the CanonS30.
Its about 300$ more but its give you full manual options.
