NewBe needs help with grease

I just received my new PT-012 housing from Japan Direct. Unfortunatly all of the instructions are NOT in English. I think I have managed to figure out everything except the grease.

1) How do I apply it?

2) Where do I apply it?

3) When or how often do I apply it?
