Tsunami

I intend to do a live aboard diving in the Maldives next February.

I would like to know how is diving after the Tsunami ?

Have the corals been damaged ?

How are the fishes ?

By the way, I have been diving in the Maldives in Feb 1999 ( Ari atoll ) from an island hotel and it was great !

I was in the Maldives at march this year, since its was my first and only timer there I don't have what to compare to but I've been told by the guides that there is no significant damage to the u/w world there.

Also on the island we where after the live aboard(Merru) we couldn't see any damage but we've been told that there was some damage that was fixed in few days.
