AF Mode with Oly C-7070

As a bloody beginner i ask myself which AF Mode should i use with my Oly C-7070: Spot or iESP?

Personally, I prefer spot at all times. If the primary subject is not in the center of the focal area, a half press should allow you to focus and re-compose.

That said, for the life of me I suddenly cannot remember if the 7070 has a half press... But I used spot exclusively on my 5050.
