strobe advice(help)

First posting so be gentle with me,

New to uw photography,

Seen the fuji uw-120 kit, good price, Is this any good for my sony p200/ikelite housing?

I've never heard about or seen this strobe, but one thing we can say about it, it is cheap. Sea&Sea and Inon strobes are a good alternative, but they are more expensive.
