Fisheye HG20DX Chargin Problem

Has anyone encountered a situation where a Fisheye HG20DX was not charging properly.

I have experienced two instances of where the battery does not charge, even after being in the charger for some time. The red ready light on the charger stops flashing (indicated the battery is connected and charging), however the 4 green lights never light up.

After repeated attempted, the battery came good again and began charging.

If anyone has experienced this it would be nice to know.

This is a known problem.

The issue lies in the contacts on the charger being bent. This usually happens as you place the battery in the charging cradle.

You would think for price of this unit they would provide a more substantial / reliable charger.

Best option is to return the charger to the place of purchase so they can help you get it sorted.
