At first I though this was Vir Pilippinensis, but it has different coloration/markings on it legs.....any ideas?

This was described two years as Vir colemani. As you noticed the main visible difference is the coloration on the legs: just rings around the leg joints on V. colemani, just stripes on V. philippinensis. There are a couple of other species: V. orientalis (the pattern isn't known and it lives on branching corals), and a couple of undescribed species including one from Thailand & GBR with red stripes.
