Hi folks,
There is a 3-day Memorial Day dive on the Great Escape out of Long Beach, California. I take it every year because the people who run it don't inflate the fee. For the 3-day trip it's about $350 (May change due to fuel). They usually hit San Clemente, Catalina, Santa Barbara Islands. The group is awesome and there is virtually unlimited diving, no problem solo diving, and the nice thing is that about half of the people on this trip make 1-2 dives a day, leaving the deck open and clear for us camera hogs. I nabbed the last stateroom, so I believe (unless someone cancels) there are only bunks left. But the price is worth it if any of you local Californians want to book a spot. I am in no way affiliated with the boat or charter group, just thought it's be cool for a few Wetpixelians to come along.
