Call Ikelite to have my 20D upgraded to the 90 degrees bulkhead strobe connector. They say 2 to 3 weeks. Not enough time to make my trip.
The person on the phone says, include a note explaining your schedule and we try to rush it.
I send someone to the post office and the housing is NOT send as a 2 days shipment, instead as a regular shipment waisting almost a week.
They got the housing, upgraded, and have the boys of UPS running to my doorsteps in 4 days after receiving. At all times I was informed by e-mail of the progress of my order. Is that great or what?
Last time I check for the expression "Customer Service" in a dictionary, found that the explanation was replaced with Ikelite's logo.
