Panasonic and Ewa-Marine do housings for some Lumix models.

They specifically talk a about a (mostly) transparent housing for the LUMIX DMC-F1. It never occurred to me that it could be a plastic bag.
Digideep does not list any housings/bags for the DMC-F1.
Panasonic's new FX01 should be a good one. It's got a 28mm lens and image stabalization. It looks like you can adjust WB manually. And there is a new housing, the DMC-FX01.
The fx01 looks very interesting as an inexpensive P&S digicam with housing.
Besides the 28mm, it also has superb focus speed, and retains good focus speed in low light:
