I used this on 3 dive trips. It works great, and its a great way to streamline your gear. There is no rust or other damage. It has a yellow purge valve I replaced to improve visibility/safety make it look more like an alternate. I beleive it only works with oceanic BCs. I replaced it and upgraded to an Atomic version so all my regs are on the same service interval. It was probably just brazen consumerism as this one worked great already :-)
I used it 2 years and stored it in the box 2 years. Check with your dive shop to see if it needs anual maintenence.
