Sealife Digital Flash and Canon Case

I just bouth a Sealife Digital Flash and I am trying to use it together with a Canon Ixus 400 and a WP-DC800 case, but I'm having a problem.

Both flashes (camera and external) flash, but when I try to take a picture in front of a mirror it appears only the camera flash and it seems the digital one flahes too early.

Did anybody tried to use the same equipment? Did you have a similar problem and how did you fix it?

Make sure the Sealife flash is set for "preflash" cameras. Not sure which flash you have, but you can check for a switch inside the battery compartment. Consult the instructions.
