  1. I have also just returned from one of Jim Abernethy's Shearwater trips. (Same trip as Dave, who posted the other day) Great pics by the way Dave. I am particularly jealous over the Hammer shot you got! I thought mine were OK 'till I saw yours!

Anyway you can never have too many sharks, so here are some of my favourites from the trip.

  2. Great stuff Hamish!!!! I love sharks....

  3. Awesome shots- I bet you have a few of those framed on the wall! They are some mean looking bad boys- all Tigers?

Excellent water clarity, I would really like to go out there sometime.

  4. Thanks for posting...you are right you can *never* have too many shark shots around!

So, I like the stripes on the 1st post. The marking on the dorsal really jumps out. But my favorite is actually #4 with the diver. The interaction is really nice and you caught it with decent light at a great moment.

I thin kit really captures exactly what it feels like to be there.

  5. Hi Hamish,

Good to see your photos mate, very nice. Those hammers were difficult to shoot under the conditions weren't they?

  7. Great shots - Sharks are the best aren't they ? nothing else gets peoples attention better than good shark shots. Makes us feel like real men when we show them...

"Yeah I swim with sharks all the time no big deal!" ;)

  8. Impressive shot of this impressive creature, well done.
