Strobe for Oly 7070

I get Olympus 7070 and PT27 housing for him. I was thinking about external flash too so I wanna hear some opinions about external flashes... Here in croatia I get only origilan Olympus strobes FL20 or LF36 with housing for him and hand...

Anyone try some combination or can sugest something other...

There are many strobes that can be used with your setup as "slave" flashes. I would look at Ikelite, Inon, and Sea and Sea.

You can also change out the connector on your housing using one of the kits on www.mike-dive.de (I think that's it). Michael Finger's website. ALso may want to try the Matthias Heinrich's website.

I have the same setup as you . I bought a Nikonos - Sea & Sea replacement bulkhead from Matthias www.heinrichsweikamp.net and use it with a S & S YS 90 Auto strobe and standard S & S sync cable . If you e - mail him he will help you with the right product .

I also have the Oly flash and housing but would not recommend it .

After some thinking I came to solution and think you setup is very best for my camera and probably will give some nice flashes underwater so I will buy Sea&Sea YS-90 auto strobe + sync cable and heirich's converter.. what about arm for camera is there some special or..?

If you are not in a hurry to buy a strobe why not wait for the Sea & Sea YS 110 to be released - it has a built in focus light which will help with the 7070 poor focus problem in low light conditions , especially for macro stuff ?
