  1. Hi everybody,

I'm new to underwaterphotography and went to Curacao a week ago to try my hand at it. I wanted to share a picture here that I really liked. Please feel free to give me any feedback! :)

    Thanks,

    Edwin

  2. Hi Edwin -

I would run that picture through Photoshop to correct color and then crop in on that file fish (?)...which is what I think you like about this picture. Re-post and lets take a look!

Good first photo. All my first photographs were black and blurry...although I see blurry is coming back into style here... :))

  3. Hello Edwin!

First of all,....be careful...UW photography is VERY addictive!!!

Looking at your picture I think you took that pic shooting on automatic (because of that greenish colour). Try to use the camera on manual mode and always try to get as close as possible to the subject...

    Keep trying!

  4. Thanks for the advice guys! I think I can say that I'm already addicted to underwater photography :)

I took your advice starbuck, and ran the pic through photoshop and adjusted a little colour and cropped it. I liked the way it blended in with it's environment so I didn't change a lot. I don't work with photoshop very often but I'm pretty pleased with it. Have a look for yourself.

    Edwin
