I used Photoshop Color Correction.
Canon S40, Canon WPC-300 Housing, w/o Flash
It makes a nice Desktop BG-Image ;-)

A nice image would become a great image with the aid of flash. Colours would be glowing.......Food 4 thought!

One thing it does prove is that the clear water of the Red Sea makes it the easiest place in the world to get ambient light images as well as scatterfree strobe photography.
This is due to the limited number of coral species and the fact that they reproduce at around the same time every season, the structure and mechanics of the Red Sea ensures that the clouds quickly disipate too.
