Philippines nudibranchs

Just got back from a 2 week vacation down in Bohol, Anilao and Donsol, photographed about 20 nudibranch species, managed to track them all down except these, so any help would be appreciated:

1. Phyllidiella pustulosa

2. Dolabella auricularia

4. Chromodoris willani

5. Hypselodoris purpureomaculata

I'm having trouble deciding on #3. Guess I better look at a book or two.

I guess #3 is a Chromodoris lochi color variant based on this post by Bill Rudman: http://www.seaslugforum.net/display.cfm?id=8098
