Philippines bristle worm and flat worm

Just putting a page together for my website, haven't been able to track these fellows down:

I don't know too much about flatworms, is there any particular significance to the black spots on it? Any other interesting factoids on flatworms and bristleworms?

Your Bristle worm appears to be Chloeia fusca.

There's a flatworm in Gosliner, Behrens and Williams Coral Reef Animals of the Indo-Pacific that looks like your critter: it's an undescribed Pseudoceros sp. known only from the Philippines.
