Somebody, somewhere in a post was inquiring about the new 105 in an Aquatica housing so here is some picture of the 105 lens installed on the Aquatica d200,as you can see even if the lens is a fat bugger there is a lot of room for this lens to fit and it will use the standard Aquatica macro port # 18426 and Ext. ring # 18456 (thin one).The Port opening on Aquatica housings is 106.50 mm(4.200 inches),so most lenses can fit inside. BTW Aquatica will have a focus gear for this lens very shortly for those who prefer to have the option of autofocus and manual focus. since the Nikkor lens is AFS its way cool to have access to both for tweaking that focus plane.

That is good news. Now all I have to do is find a source for the lens. They seem to be backordered everywhere. I'm heading to Mexico two weeks from today and it's looking kind of bleak.
