UW DVR imaging to ship's PC and monitor

  1. I am going into the live aboard dive boat business in the Bahamas with a 100 ft vessel that will carry 22 passengers. I want to use a studio type camera tethered to the boat and both display and record video stream. The boat is equipped with a 50 inch Panasonic plasma monitor. I also want to process photos taken by my passengers using u/w digital cameras.

     

    During the course of each ten day trip the passengers will be able to burn individual DVDs from the stored video and pix.

     

    Can anyone recommend a suitable camera and video editing software for this setup?
