Ikelite and Nikon 105mm VR

So the camera store just called and they have the new 105mm in stock and ready for me to pick up.

Decision time.......

I already have the old 105mm lens and an Ikelite manual AF port.

So where is Ikelite with developing the flat ports for the 8" dome? Do I need a new fort for this one?

Should I go for it?

this port is auto focus only. I am not sure if this will be an issue. I use autofocus only for my 60mm.

They have shipped some.

Mine is coming from Reef Photo scheduled to arrive next wk.

I have this setup, actually the first Ike port for the AF105VR. The lense focuses very quickly so you can get some moving macro shots. I like it.
