  2. post-1116-1151776798_thumb.jpgI really like the concept, Amir. However, it is too centred and has a lot of negative space. It also appears to be underexposed. If shot in RAW, you can adjust this. I used levels and upped the brightness in Photoshop before cropping to a vertical format. I also used a tiny bit of unsharp mask. Hope you like it. I think it has more impact, and you focus on the face now.

    Cheers,

  3. Great concept.

I like what Marli has done too. I also wonder whether you could have a go at adjusting the white balance so the white band on nemo is actually white rather than blue. Just a thought.

    Great as is tho.

  4. You mean like this? :)

Nice concept, but it has more impact in a vertical orientation, and with the fish filling the frame a tad more, as shown in Marli's edit. Also, a bit more strobe power would have brought up the white on the clownfish and gotten better colour contrast and saturation.

  5. Exactly what I had in mind Matt.

  6. actually orangefin anemonefish has a natural blue tinge to its white band...

  7. Thanks Mike - learn something every day from you!

  8. Thank you all!

i can see thet you like the concept..

    next time will be better..

    thanks
