Canon 350D/ 20D settings

What settings are Canon 305D users using underwater? If settings are somewhat similiar for the 20D, I'd like to hear from 20D owners as well. Particularly what metering (evaluative/ partial/ center-weighted average metering?). What about focus mode? one-shot or AI focus? Do you use different metering/ focus settings for WA vs macro?
