2x TC + 105mm in Sea & Sea

I'm going to lembeh at the back end of August. I want to be able to use a 2x TC with a 105mm lens.

i'm using a D200 in a sea and sea housing and have a kenko Pro 300 2x TC.

What I am wondering is if the standard flat port plus 2 x 40mm extensions will fit this combination or maybe even 1 40mm extension + sx extension.

So has anyone got this working ?

I am thinking of trading in my old 105 for the new one so i don't want to go with the recommended sea and sea solution for the tc as this doesn't look like it would fit the new fat lens.

I hope someone else has tried this sort of thing !

2x 40mm stacked together are the appropriate length. This can also accomodate a 4t diopter along w/ the tc.
