I just bought a Mako housing and a Sony dcr-pc330 to go inside it. I'm new to this and am curious if this is a good set up. I know it is a little late but thought I would ask the pros. My housing came with one sunray elite light but no battery. Where could I get another battery and do I need another light? I will be using this in San Diego. Thank you to all who are nice enough to help.

HI, one lite should be fine for macro work as long as you have a long enough arm to get it up over the top. But if finances allow i would def look at getting a second light.
Batteries should be available directly from Light and Motion, they are located in Cali not far from you. Or contact Backscatter who are another dealer very close to you. Both companies have banners on the right side of the site..
