I've got a Canon A95, WP-DC900 housing and I want to add a lens adaptor to the setup. Is Inon my only real choice? There's been discussion in the past about using the AD-DC700 adaptor instead of the recommend AD-DC900 because of vignette problems. These were using the WP-DC50 housing, however. Is there much of a difference?

As far as I know for the Canon A95 and WP DC900 housing it is only an Inon AD adaptor that is available if you want to use add on wet lenses. For this particular model I would be careful about which specific adaptor to use. If possible try and get hold of one and put it together to see in the dry at least what happens when you zoom in and out.
I started a post on the A95, WP DC900 and Inon lenses back in March 2005. You might have read my stuff from then - if not you'll find it on a search.
All I can say is that for this particular camera and housing I was dissapointed with the Inon adaptor designed for it and found the adaptor sold for the Canon A70 case worked far better. I got a lot of good, clean, sharp shots from it with no vignetting.
I really do not understand what the AD adaptor sold to fit the A95 case was all about and was surprised to have to send it back for a refund. In fact after seeing how bad the vignetting was I never even took it in the water. If you are able to see the combination at a dealer my comments might make more sense.
