Pink pipefish ID

Here's a technicolour pipefish from Roatan. The blue dots, surrounded by yellow, are interesting. I thought Shortfin pipefish, Cosmocampus elucens, but it doesn't have the "definitive" dark lines extending from behind the eye. Humann's book states there are 20 species of pipefish in the Caribbean; anyone know which this one is?
