Palau in October

  1. Hi all,

I've confirmed my trip to Palau next October :) . I am looking for recommendations of "must-see" dive sites, as this will be a trip for research I will have only a few days to dive for pleasure and take pictures, so I wanted to hit the best sites (if there is such thing in Palau).

    Thanks for any info,

    Luiz

  2. my faves include the wall at Siaes Corner (beautiful sea fans and soft corals)

Peleliu Pocket/Barrack's Point/Matt's Clam Bake- different name from different dive ops... my fave dive in Palau...

    Blue Corner

    New Drop

Buoy 6 Wreck (got to do it at slack high)

    Temple of Doom is cool....

    Comin to Yap?

  3. Thanks Mike! Only Palau this time... All I have is 10 days and I will try to collect all my fish for research in 5 days and take photos in the remaining...

  4. who you diving with? Mark Thorpe is over at Fish n Fins... you can go hang with him...

  5. I will be staying at the Coral Reef Research station (run by Pat Collin), haven't looked into who I will do recreational dives with yet. Fish n Fins sounds like a good option, I just checked their website.

  6. My favorites spots there:

    - Blue corner

    - Siaes Tunel

    - Jelly fish lake

    - Chandlier cave

    - New Drop

  7. aha... Coral Reef is right next door to FnF....
