Sea of Cortez Oct 2006

1 posts
  1. Myself and a group of friends have booked 20 spots at Club Cantamar in La Paz to dive the Sea of Cortez. Most of us are photographers, as well as return visitors to this location and resort.

As it turns out, we still have 6 spots available and want to open it up to everyone!

It's October 29-November 4, Club Cantamar, all meals, 3 tank boat dives per day and transfers from Cabo airport are included. Group size is limited to 20. We're wanting to spend maximum time at Los Islotes with forays out to find whale sharks if they're cooperating, and a bit of other diving, but that's our general focus. Of course, there will also be a run or two out to El Bajo to find the Hammerheads, and Manta's are starting to be seen again as well.

Oh yes, suppose you want to know the cost. $865/person. Come join us! We have an amazing group, and are hoping to have some fun goodies to play with as well during the week.

Also, there will be a $20 per person charge for the Whale Shark spotter plane. Last year did not disapoint. We spent the morning with 3 of the beauties.

For more information, you can IM me here at Wetpixel. I also have a trip report on last years adventure posted HERE

A teaser shot from Los Islotes!
