Experimenting with Heinrich TTL and Nikon D200

  1. Tomorrow will be the 1st trip out with the D200, Aquatica, Inon 2xD2000w/s and Heinrich’s TTL board.

    Going out with settings of:

D200 Settings= Flash on Manual, Camera on Manual, SS@250 (max), ISO 100, WB Cloudy

    Inon/s Settings= Left dial at “STTL†and Right Dial at the 9 o’clock “ttl†position

So what am I missing and what settings should I try?

  2. I don't think that there is one setting that'll do it all... For shutter and diafragm setting you should experiment a lot and there are many photographers that can explain you this if you can't figure it out yourself.

I use both my Z240's in the manual+TTL mode with HW-converter. You set both strobes in M position and you have to push and lock the TTL button for this (the TTL will serve as an overexposure security to some extend). With the upper right knob i decide which strobe has the most output.

    enjoy your trip! Udo

  3. Good luck in mastering the "Heinrich" maneuvers.
