Hi folks,
Well, after a 6-month debacle with my strobes I took them out for a test dive last weekend and low and behold I had more problems. Sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. Luckily they worked on our first dive to the oil platforms, then failed in two crummy areas of Catalina. The first image was shot in 70 feet looking up. It is a cluster of giant mussels covered with corynactis anemones.
The second image is a starfish on one of the giant stanchions with rig structure setting the stage. It was hard to shoot a vertical and get good negative space because the of the stanchion jutting into the pic, so I shot horizontal (which I don't do too often).
The last image is a small school of fish gently lit with very low strobe light.
Improvement comments are welcome.
