Strobe Repair Options

I have a couple of Ikelite strobes in need of repair. My attempt to have one of them repaired by Ikelite was not really satisfactory so I'm wondering about other options. I heard about one repairer on the west coast of BC, Canada but have been unable to find current contact information for them. Can anyone recommend any good repair shops for strobes?

What was wrong with Ikelite's repair job? Ikelite has a reputation of having the best customer service immagionable so I am curious as what the problem was?

Absolutely send it back to Ike. Include a detailed letter about the failure. Include the receipt from the previous repair. If they can be repaired, Ike can do it, but they need to know in detail how and when they are failing. It maybe that you also have a bad sync cord or a housing problem as well. It would be wise to send in the whole system.
