Aquatica with Sigma 17-70

After finding that the 17-85mm Canon I have isn't quite what I was hoping for in terms of macro capabilities, I've been hearing good things about the Sigma 17-70, so I was wondering if anyone else out there had tried it with an Aquatica housing? What did you do about zoom gear? What size extension ring? That sort of thing.

Any opinions much appreciated, from anyone who's used it, what ports they use, extension ring size for a dome port or a flat port etc.

Hello Dean, we still have to get to the lens, but should be no problem all I need is the dimension, then a bit of time to figure out the extension ring for the port.

A flat port would be strickly macro, result at 17mm would not be optimum.
