What is it?

i would call it a salp....
but that is dive guide talk... we make stuff up all the time!! hahaha
Not quite, Mike. It's a ctenophore. Once upon a time these were lumped together with jellyfish but are now in their own phylum. They have 8 rows of cilia on the body which reflect light as they swim and 2 feeding tentacles. You can see one of the tentacles and some of the rows in Andrzej's photo.
Thank you.
