What would you hang on your livingroom wall

What would you hang on your living room wall ?

I personally can't imagine hanging a macro or critter shot, and hear, "oohh thats nice and colourful what is it"

or W/A coral pics, with a diver waving a torch around in the background, also fish portraits, they all look great in books or mag's, but on the wall were you have too look at it everyday Hmmm.

what do you think

I have a bunch of such photos hanging on my walls. The "What is it comments" are great conversation starters.

I have few paintings that were commisioned from Pascal Lecocq hanging in the Study and at the Office.

Do have a number of macro prints on canvas ( large format ) 20 x30 hanging in the local hyperbaric medical centre where they are well received, also have a few large format toothy closeups above the local dentists chair.

i don't own any walls....

just this glassy aquarium i am stuck in...

I haven't taken the mythical living room picture yet, but it would probably be a shot of my wife diving, in order to gain approval to hang on the wall.....
