Sometime ago I tried to make a DIY housing from an Ikelite Housing for a Minolta 7000 to use with my S2 but it didn't work out. I have dabbled in video and still like to return to the stills captured on my Oly 5050, Epoque .56 and PT-015.
I am now looking at moving to the S2 full-time as I really like the camera for all my land use and I know you can pick up second-hand bodies from £350. I looked at the S2 housings this spring but as I had never done any UW photography before I didn't to spend £2k on something that I might not like or be able to use properly.
So, is anyone upgrading from an S2 to something else and selling their rig? I am also looking for ports to use with a 12-24 (wreck photography mainly) and strobes.
I am UK based and am looking to shoot mainly green water (obviously not just the water ) down to 60m.
