This is obviously a Photoshop'd image because of the B&W and colored butterfly fish. What's not so obvious is that this is actually a composite with elements from 3 different photos. I have just about finished Photoshop Masking & Compositing by Katrin Eismann which I can highly recommend if you're interested in creating images that never existed in real time.
