color correction book or tutorial

I'm looking for a good book, booklet, white paper or tutorial on color correction. It needs to be technical and detailed, one that goes further than simple white balance correction, preferably based on Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 - three way color correction.

It is not a white paper, but the Apple Training Series books, especially the Colo(u)r Correction in Final Cut Pro is quite useful, although it gives only a basic knowledge. (And not for Premier Pro, but it also uses 3 way cc). To get familiar with colo(u)rs and their meanings I recommend you the famous book of Johannes Itten about the colo(u)rs.
