Not exactly in the same league as Alex meeting the queen or Eric's frequent media appearances, but for a humble non-pro like myself, this article in a local magazine was kind of exciting, and featured some of my better photos! B)
I must point out, however, that it was NOT my idea to use hot pink for the background. I assume they thought it looked good (in a Miami Vice sort of way) against the blue water in my photos...
I had something similiar in our local paper 2 weeks ago and thought it was a nice compliment.
Congrats to you
Todd
How big is the download, it was taking forever and eventually hung my machine when I tried to open the link!

Sorry, Graham! I should have mentioned that it's about a 3mb PDF, so unless you have a high-speed connection (or have dial-up and are REALLY patient), you might not even want to bother. I just tried it, and it completely downloaded in about 5 seconds, but I've got a pretty fast connection...
It's also possible that the server was just down when you tried, or even that so many people were trying to open it at the same time that the server is overwhelmed................but I kinda doubt that.
Very nice Bruce; BTW I hooked up with Jerry Roek, thanks for the help
Jeff
Congrats!, Bruce
I read the story over the holidays. It matters not what color the background is so long as they
spell your name right.
All the best!
Jett
Thanks for all the kind words!
FWIW, I just discovered that the article is also posted HERE -- it loads a LOT faster than the PDF, and doesn't have the hot pink background, but also doesn't have nearly as many photos (although it has a bigger one of the polar bears).
